Depending on the services currently enabled on our website, these providers may include WordPress and WooCommerce tools, our hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe and participating payment networks, carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, and customer-support tools.
3. How we use information

4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for essential store functionality, customer sessions, shopping-cart operation, account access, checkout, payments, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and—when enabled—analytics or advertising measurement.
WooCommerce may use cookies or session technologies to maintain cart and customer-session information. Stripe and other payment or fraud-prevention services may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with transaction security, authentication, payment functionality, and fraud prevention.
If Google Analytics or another analytics service is enabled, it may process website-interaction, browser, device, session, and approximate location information according to our configuration and applicable consent or privacy settings.
See our Cookie Policy for additional information. Where a cookie banner, consent tool, or privacy-control mechanism is provided on the website, you may use the controls presented there to manage applicable non-essential technologies.
5. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
- website, hosting, and technical providers that support WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, security, backups, forms, email, and infrastructure;
- payment and fraud-prevention providers, including Stripe, participating banks, card networks, payment methods, and risk or authentication services;
- shipping and fulfillment providers, including applicable carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and delivery partners;
- analytics, advertising, and communications providers when those services are enabled and subject to applicable privacy choices;
- professional advisers and authorities such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or emergency responders when reasonably necessary or legally required; and
- transaction parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some U.S. privacy laws may treat certain disclosures involving advertising technologies as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when money is not exchanged. If such activities apply to us and applicable law provides an opt-out right, we will provide the required method to exercise that right.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and then delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it unless longer retention is required or permitted by law.
Relevant factors can include the customer or account relationship, transaction history, return and refund periods, fraud and security requirements, disputes, tax and accounting obligations, regulatory requirements, and legal claims.
Records required for regulated refrigerant sales—including applicable purchaser, sale-date, quantity, certification, employment, authorization, or resale information—are retained for at least the minimum period required by applicable EPA rules, which generally includes a minimum three-year retention period for refrigerant-sale records.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, which may include encrypted website connections, access controls, account-security measures, service-provider safeguards, backups, fraud-prevention tools, and restricted access to information where appropriate.

- Advertising: If our website uses technologies that are subject to a legally required sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out, the applicable privacy-control method will be provided where required.
- Browser privacy signals: Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as required by applicable law.
